Over the years we have selected and chosen the best professionals, thus building a dense network of collaborators and partners, each with their specific skills and qualities, who regularly collaborate with the Insight Adv Ltd.

A great team of professionals, graphic designers and creatives, who, coordinated by Umberto Mazza, the founder and creative director of the agency, is able to satisfy every need of customer communication at 360 °, guaranteeing quality of service, speed and above all the optimization of management costs of each project.

Umberto Mazza

Born in 1970, creative and copywriter, graphic and web designer, digital marketing manager, photographer and videomaker.

He began his activity in the field of information, as a journalist, collaborating at several levels with local periodicals and magazines, of which he takes care of the graphic design and layout.

Significant among these are the experiences with the monthly periodical "Il Caffé", the weekly "Il 42" and the periodicals "Giovani Insieme" and "La Tribù Sotterranea".

He collaborates with the interregional television station "Retenews", as an editor and speaker, expanding his experience occasionally as a cameraman, director and operator in the editing of commercials and videos.

He worked for some years as a freelance reporter, making numerous reports and journalistic services around the world, especially in war zones.

He collaborates, as a correspondent from the city of Herculaneum, with the national newspaper "Il Mattino". As part of this experience he collaborated with the direction of the Archaeological Excavations of Herculaneum, rediscovering in Portici the Bourbon excavation of the "Villa and the Baths of the Epitaph" destroyed in the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD.

He coordinates as Project Manager and Team Leader, the development and implementation of e-learning modules for ISI srl and Fastcom srl, as part of the "Teleformare" project co-financed by the Tuscany Region.

She is an expert teacher of "e-commerce" in post-qualification courses organized by the "Isabella D'Este" Women's Professional Institute and managed by Tightrope srl and Coop.va Service 2000 arl.

He is creative, graphic and web designer for Edidue srl, Bloom adv. for which he coordinates all web activities and the graphic sector that deals with the creation of graphic layouts, creativity and format adaptations for Vodafone Italy, Marketing Area South and national large-scale distribution.

He conceives and creates advertising pages, packaging and other promotional material for some important clients of the agency, including Calzaturifcio Fratelli Peluso, Gruppo Aquila (with the brands Tibaldi, Lalex, Jaguar and Ducati writing instruments), Domel, Valle dell'Aquila, Cedi, Jennifer, Dominam Pharm, MissJ and Key Team Project.

With Olga Botova (unique, tireless and precious collaborator, who died prematurely in 2013) she founded the Insight Agency in 2006 , taking on its creative direction.

Since December 2022 he is Creative Director of Insight Adv Ltd.

He is associated with Q-Design and the Italian Web Design Association.
